McDonald’s Monopoly Returns 10/6 | Win Free Food, Vehicles, Cash & More
McDonald’s popular Monopoly game returns October 6th with bigger prizes, more rewards, and a simpler digital game experience!
This year’s prizes include $1 million cash, a 2027 Jeep Cherokee, free McDonald’s for a year, and lots more!
Beginning October 6th, you can earn Monopoly game pieces during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You’ll find them stuck to the packaging of menu items like the Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Egg McMuffin, large fries, large hot and cold drinks, and more.
Each game piece can be scanned for one of four different prize opportunities in the app:
- Instant-Win (Food) – Score FREE McDonald’s food like the McChicken, Snack Wrap, McGriddles, shakes, smoothies, fries, and more.
- Instant-Win (Loyalty Points) – Win anywhere from 1,500 – 7,000 MyMcDonald’s Reward Points.
- Collect to Win – Collect a winning combination of properties to win a Carnival Cruise Vacation, a trip to Kennedy Space Center, a 2027 Jeep Cherokee, your choice of Polaris vehicles, and more.
- Chance Card – Play the Chance Card Game for your shot to win gift cards from popular brands, $50K towards a house down payment, $50K towards college debt, cash prizes from $10k – $1 million, and more.

How to play the 2026 McDonald’s Monopoly game:
- Download the McDonald’s App, opt in to Rewards if you’re not already a member, and preregister for the game. It takes less than a minute to register!
- Beginning October 6th, order eligible menu items and peel the game piece sticker from the packaging.
- Scan your game piece in the McDonald’s App to redeem prizes, properties, or Chance Card Game instant win plays.
Hip Tip: You can get a bonus Chance Card Gameplay in the app for each eligible item purchased via the McDonald’s App, or by showing your Rewards code at the kiosk, counter, and Drive Thru until November 1st. Just be sure to register for the game before ordering!
Want to play without buying food? Request a free game piece by mail through November 2nd! Just mail a handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Monopoly Game at McDonald’s Game Piece Request P.O. Box 4006, Dept. S9851, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006.
You’ll receive one Game Piece (including a Chance Card play) per envelope, with a limit of up to 8 game entries per day.
