When do you get the e gift card to use?
You add it to your cart and they email it to you after your purchase is completed/mailed. Once it’s emailed, you can use it. This seems like a nice deal. One can also think of it as 50% off rather than free since you’ll be spending the $50 gc on another $50+ purchase (ie spend $50 get $50 gc then spend another $50 = $50 for $100 of items)

Yes, this is a much more accurate way to think of and to display the savings here. Thank you for pointing it out. It’s still a great deal, but the reality is that you are paying $50 out of pocket for $100 worth of merchandise.
My grandsons school require the Merrel jungle Mocs and they are fifty so it’s nice to pay only 25 for required brand shoes 🙂 and a 10 yr old grows quickly .

I had to chat with Merrell Customer Service. The E-giftcard does not come from Merrell. It will come from “customer-service@orderwave.com” It did show up in my spam folder but not until they “resent” it during my chat with them. (Looking through all of my spam mail it was the Only time I received an email from them) Have not used it yet so I’m still a bit leery as to if its legit.

customer service said the email is linked to the order being fulfilled, meaning shipped. Since its not shipped on mine then no email with gift card. She said it should be 2-4 days after the order placed.

Haven’t got mine either yet. Order placed 12/16 and shipped 12/17. this is the response chat just gave me…..
“For the eGift cards they are being emailed out in batches from our corp office. The 1st batch is set to ship out on 12/21”

I began a chat with them at their contact us page. I provided them my order number and they provided me the gift card number, pin, and expiration. Placed my order for my 2nd pair of shoes. Last day for free shipping today. Good luck.

I thought the card code wasn’t emailed until the day after Christmas (today). Mine was. HOWEVER, even though my actual order said $50 card, the email I received was only for $25. I am emailing support. FYI.
