Excellent instructions! The wood appears to be fir or pine. Since it is softwood, we put 3 coats of water-based sealer on before assembly. The casters are good and sturdy. We will plant soon. So far we think we will love it. We are ordering another one. We gave it 4 stars due to having to seal the wood.
