This tracker card uses Apple’s ‘Find My’ network to locate your devices by pinging off other Apple devices in the area. You can also have it play a sound when your item is lost inside your house (like under the couch cushions!), and get an alert on your phone if you leave an item behind.
It’s super lightweight and about 2x the thickness of a credit card, so it can easily be slipped into a wallet or passport, plus it has a built-in hole to attach it to a keyring without the need to buy a special case/holder like other tracker tags. It’s waterproof up to 3′ for 30 minutes and the battery lasts for up to a year on a single charge. When needed, you can easily recharge it using a wireless charger, and it can last for up to 100 years!

This tracker is pretty slim, about the thickness of 3 credit cards, thinner than the typical tracker. I use it for my laptop bag, and it’s pretty much hidden from sight. One thing I don’t like about Airtags is that they’re not very loud. This tracker is quite a bit louder, making it a lot easier to hear even from inside my laptop bag.
And of course, the rechargeable feature is a big plus. I have not had this long enough to tell how long the battery will last, but it’s nice knowing I can just charge and use it again and again instead of having to replace the batteries.
