I take it right before bed and definitely feel like I am sleeping better and have far fewer migraines. I generally take it every night. I am a heavy coffee drinker which depletes a lot of magnesium from your body, so this really helps.

I’ve started having migraines. How does it work to reduce them?
Has anyone ever seen this in a sample anywhere? I’m really sensitive and most night time type medication make me stay up longer.
I actually believe a saw that Amazon was selling a sample size for .58 or around that. I scrolled way down once I put Natural Calm in the search part of the Amazon app. Hope you are able to find one!

Of course I’m not sure what it is that you’re sensitive to, but in our house I have some kids who are sensitive to antihistamines in some unexpected ways. This drink is magnesium based and does not contain any antihistamines or melatonin. Magnesium can help support muscle relaxation which can also help gently ease constipation over time. For the constipation part our pediatrician recommended we start one of our littles on magnesium and after finding no supplement options in our budget we started this because we could “control the dose” so easily. As a plus our kids don’t drink many sweetened beverages and they think this is a sweet drink (stevia sweetened) so at the end of the day if it only helps get another glass of water in them I’m happy, but especially for our kiddo with sensory dysfunction who typically has very tense muscles I know that it’s helped him be able to relax some, even his occupational therapist noted a difference in the way his muscles felt.
That’s probably a lot more info than you were looking for and I know I didn’t exactly answer your question, but I came to the comments here to sing the praises of this supplement anyway and maybe, hopefully, something else in here was helpful to you!
