So I’ve been taking this since I received it a little over a month ago, my husband and I wound up both taking it and we both feel we have more energy. Buy this!! I’ve been taking these vitamins for a while now and they have really made a difference. I have more energy and feel better overall. I do not drink any caffeine, so this was the perfect boost I needed. My mind feels clearer and ready to take on the huge daily to-do lists I usually have. The size of the pill is average compared to other vitamins I take. It says to take with food so I like to take it around lunch/whenever I have my first little snack of the day – easy enough! It’s worth a try – I would recommend it!
