These are my go-to hiking shoes. This is the third pair I’ve purchased. I am a decently experienced hiker, and these shoes hold up well without adding a lot of weight or bulk. I have flat feet and used to suffer from plantar fasciitis. I have worn this specific shoe to hike over 20 miles a day with up to 10k in elevation gain with no foot pain after. I haven’t used them in heavy snow or water, but they seem to do well in light snow and ice with crampons.
