I’ve owned and used this same Nordic Ware pan for 5 years of VERY heavy use. Quite simply, these are *fantastic* pans. I use them to cook everything from cookies to wings, to many many grandma-style pan pizzas, to many batches of Chex mix, to bacon, to roasted veggies… on and on. They’ve endured the kind of usage that a quality sheet is expected to endure and today they look only slightly worn.
This pan is perfect! Has good weight to it, definitely not cheaply made. Nonstick and super easy to clean! I made pizza bites with this and they came out amazing! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
They are light, well constructed, distribute heat evenly. They cut the time in the oven by one or two minutes, and cleaning them is easy!
