Check out this rave review…
Our older child brought home a cold from daycare when our smallest was just 3 weeks old. We previously would simply use the suction bulb you get from the hospital on our oldest when he couldn’t blow his nose well enough. As an infant can’t blow their nose at all, we needed something better than just the suction bulb.
We also have the normal Nose Frida which requires a parent to use the straw to help manually suction out a baby’s nose. I never found that more effective than the handheld suction bulb. This electric version of that, however, is much more effective. The vacuuming power of this does a great job of getting out all the congestion way up in a baby’s nose that the manual versions just can’t get. I agree with other reviewers for best results you need to momentarily close the nostril not being suctioned to create an effective vacuum seal and force any mucus to come out. If you have an infant with congestion, I 100% recommend buying this one to help your little one breathe more clearly quickly.
