Does anyone have the issue while checking out at the Payment that after I used PayPal there is no option to submit the order? The only options I see is BACK and VALIDATE ADDRESS although my address is correct.

Nothing pop up after a spinning circle disappeared. I used on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser but neither one worked. I ended up using my smart phone and was able to order. Thank you for your response.
