This may be the best-tasting olive oil I’ve ever used. The taste is very fresh and natural. There is no “off” odor, as you get with some of the brands out there. I really like this brand a lot, but I’m afraid the price will keep me away in the future. However, if I ever see a good sale, I’ll be buying it for sure.

We have a friend who’s from Cyprus, and his uncle has an olive farm. We’ve had his olive oil, and it’s probably the best we’ve had. This comes really close. I know there’s a huge difference in olive oils, and I confess I can’t tell a huge difference, but I can tell the difference when it’s a big one. This is very fruity, and it has a very nice flavor. The excellent olive oil we will get again. Highly recommend.

This Extra Virgin Italian Olive Oil by Oliviers & Co. is quite flavorful. It’s got more bitterness/pepper to it than most extra virgin olive oils, but I love that about it! If you expect olives to be ripe black, pitted, and in a can, this may not be for you. If you like to try every olive every time, give this a try! I have always loved olives. All sorts. I am really enjoying the flavor of this EVOO.

I dipped my fresh home-baked semolina sourdough into this olive oil and got every drop from the saucer. It’s delicious! I would use this for cold purposes more than cooking, but it could certainly be used for light sautéing or coating vegetables for roasting. So yummy! Highly recommend!!
