This led lamp rests on top of your monitor or you can attach it to a shelf, has a magnet or you can use that as a weight and just lay it on a shelf. For me, it works great even when the computer is off as a night light. I really like it for reading and when you are using the computer it does not shine on the display. This screen bar has been a gem. The controls are nice and easy to use. There aren’t 4 buttons to fumble between to change the color temperature or brightness. This makes it nice and easy with one button to control every aspect of this device. Also, the light angle and adjustability of this light are perfect.
