I was a bit concerned about the quality of these pans might have due to the low price. I was pleasantly surprised by what I received. These pans were all very well made. To be honest, I don’t have a lot of experience with Cast Iron pans, but these are quite nice in my opinion. They had a very good and even initial seasoning.
The casting was a bit rough or coarse but seemed quite normal for modern cast iron pans. They were not so rough as to need filing or any other touch-up work before use. I performed another seasoning cycle to ensure a good coating before my initial use. I would have no reservations about recommending these pans to anyone, especially at this price. I am very happy.
I absolutely love them. I have used one of them nearly every day since they arrived and may I say my husband is in hog heaven. If you are familiar with how to care for cast iron, this is a perfect deal. Make sure to look it up or read the included information on them if you’re not familiar with it.
