Got this scale from Amazon a couple years ago and it works great in the kitchen. Also, our cub scout pack borrowed it as the “official scale” to measure the little race cars for the pinewood derby!
I use my scale daily too – when a recipe calls for 8oz of something, or if I am doubling a recipe, to measure portions, to weigh meat when I buy a family pack and freeze in smaller portions to name a few examples. It is one of the most used things in my kitchen, certainly not clutter.
