Add water to make peanut butter! The options are endless! I’m diabetic great substitute for high-sugar peanut butter!
This powder is light and silky and tastes great. I have used it to make low-calorie desserts and breakfast smoothies. It adds a wonderful peanut butter flavor and at just 60 calories (vs 180 for traditional pb) it’s diet-friendly and satisfying.
