“Hear me out. YES, this is oodles more than a traditional coffee maker, and you may be thinking, ‘why on EARTH would I ever spend that much on something like that?’ — and I understand because that’s exactly what I said when I found out my fiancé purchased this.
But here’s why I will always be grateful he did…We love coffee in our house and used to exclusively drink pour overs because to us, it produced the best quality cup. It was a rather inexpensive set up, but the labor of it was getting to be a lot. Grinding beans, presoaking the filter, waiting for water to boil, spending 5+ minutes slowly pouring it over top… and if I wanted to add frothed milk, add another minute or two.
