@kari I had to reach out to customer service because I never got an email. I used live chat and they looked up the order and they said the bag will be part of the shipment. Also, when I logged in again to my account the order and the bag order are showing up now.

OMG a thank you so much for sharing! After looking into that product it has retinol in it. Was so excited to see that I could still use the $10 off in combination with the gift card offer. The gift card offer is worded a little different than how it actually works and I mean that for the better! You actually get $15 off a $75 gift card… paying only $60. I’m not sure if it’s just mine but nothing was packaged. The mascara I ordered didn’t have a sticker or any packaging to indicate it was new. Same with the two lip glosses I received. Anyone else’s package arrive this way?

Ugh. Ordered this last week, but never got a shipped email. I finally called Customer Service last night and they told me they cancelled my order and deleted my account. She said due to “risk”. I asked her why they didn’t contact me or let me know the order had been cancelled. She told me that they had emails me. They didn’t. I don’t think I will be ordering from QVC ever again…..

Hello Hipsters: Once again, a Hip2Save bargain worked out! I did the QVC deal and got the mascara. It took only a few days to come. I actually got 10 items. Although the meaning behind the bag and gifts with purchase is HUGE and powerful, the bag is actually small. In case u had in mind to use for groceries, or work, or beach. It is well made and I have another that size. I reuse for a gallon of milk. They r also good for little little girls who want to pretend to shop. There was some confusion with buy now and pay in full, but it only gave me the payments option. So keep note if that is the case for u, since there will be more payments coming out. There is a USPS return label already done up with the correct info. If u use it, it says u will pay $6.95 to be deducted from the refund.

Thank u Trish! I just looked up all the items on Amazon, and came to $205, without taxes. And I couldn’t price an actual sample of Hey Honey, but the regular size is $52. Is this a yearly deal, do u know? There was a Supergoop 100% mineral sunscreen in there, which is always high on the best sun protection lists. If any of y’all got this product, don’t leave it in ur vehicle. It’s very expensive, (for me anyway), and a friend of mine with many allergies, can use Supergoop products.

Fyi!!!! I just received my order and the gift with purchase tote was not included. I placed my order early on the 16th before the QVC live event on TV that night. How can they advertise the GWP on the show when it’s already out of stock?!?!
I contacted QVC just now and she said it was while supplies last and she put a request that if they have anymore bags one will be sent to me.
I’m not expecting it will come, but I did tell her I would be returning my order if I didn’t receive it.
I think it very wrong and deceiving on their part!
