I won’t lie, I was a little skeptical going into this because how could a little plastic bowl possibly produce the same results as using a stove? Well, I ate those words, literally. I bought the pink one, and true to the product description, this little dude cooks ramen in 3 to 4 minutes depending on how soft you want your noodles. I personally like mine a little softer, so I tend to cook mine for about 3 and a half minutes. I was honestly not at all expecting such fantastic results
You won’t regret these things! I don’t know how it works, but it does! Cuts the microwave time from 8 minutes down to 3! I wasn’t really concerned about that. I was looking for something that would be cool to the touch for both of my 8-year-old children. It lets them feel like they’re really being self-sufficient, without me worrying. They can grab these things as soon as it beeps and it’s comfortable! They’re thick, and haven’t warped, bubbled up, or stained in any way, even after quite a bit of use! I’m so happy with my purchase, I’m back for the Mac and cheese set!
My son loves noodles, but I don’t like the idea of him using the stove to make them. I saw this on Tiktok and gave it a shot. It works perfectly and makes my 10-year-old feel independent. I’m not sure the time difference it would be if I just made it in a regular Tupperware container in the microwave because I’ve actually never done it like that lol! But even so, I would still buy the rapid ramen cooker again!
Interesting how this is now being called a Ramen maker. When I first bought one of these, it was being called a Mac & Cheese maker, which, btw, doesn’t work for Mac & cheese at all. It does work great for Ramen. I like to add raw broccoli and when it’s done it’s a steamed broccoli with Ramen. The spice packet is way too salty so I usually season with pepper. 🌞
We have the Mac n cheese one (I think it’s a little bigger than the Ramen one), and it works great for us. Even my lazy 15 year old uses it with success, and he doesn’t cook anything else, except Easy Mac. This gives him a better portion side for a hungry growing boy. And less dishes than cooking on the stovetop.
