I am so very happy with this purchase! I work from home, and I am in a position where I have to sit at my desk for very long periods of time. This little elliptical, which fits directly underneath my desk, allows me to get some much-needed movement into my work day. I noticed an immediate difference in the amount of leg and lower back pain that I used to get since using this compact elliptical. It is sturdy, and whisper quiet too. This little exerciser is perfect for me. I try to use it every day for at least 30 minutes. I have a bad knee and am using it to strengthen my thigh and calves before knee replacement and subsequent PT. My daughter also uses it and says it is strengthening her legs.
