Register for the Sam’s Club Merry Express | FREE Photos w/ Santa, Food, Games, & More!
This year, Sam’s Club is celebrating the holidays with the all-new Sam’s Club Merry Express! This train-themed celebration will take place in Sam’s Club parking lots across the country beginning November 4th.
Available at select clubs only, the Merry Express will feature food, games, gifts, and even a visit from Santa himself!
See the list of participating clubs here and select a location near you. Then, select a time to reserve your spot.
When you arrive at the event, head to the Ticket Booth to activate your digital passport. This gives you access to the following Merry Express activities:
- Santa’s Engine – Santa will be available for photos during your designated time slot.
- Gift Car – Santa has gifts for everyone! Unwrap a little joy with the Giant Claw Gift Grab game.
- Dining Car – Eat, drink, and be merry with delicious holiday travel snacks.
- Burt’s Bees Caboose – Play the Reindeer Ring Toss game.
- In-Club stations – Find even more holiday magic inside Sam’s with free samples from the Chew Chew Train & Freeosk.
You’ll get a passport stamp at every stop and receive a special gift at the end of your experience.
Note that there is a limit of four people per time slot, and an adult (18+) must be present with your group. You should also be aware that dates are limited. Each participating club will be hosting the Merry Express for one day only.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis, so don’t wait to register if you’d like your family to experience Sam’s first-ever Merry Express!

So you have to be a member? Also, do the kids have be be 13 years old to attend? The info says something about only 13 years and older. Thank you!!
