I had an older Shark mop which did a great job on my hardwoods until it just gave up, it would not steam although you could hear the motor trying. This one has a few new features. We have dogs and this just cleans up the footprints and dirt so well, it even FEELS clean as well as looks it.
LOVE it! The floors are so shiny after use. I thought my floors were clean until I used this and saw the cloth.
