I have owned multiple different Shark products. They are my favorite. The company has always been easy to work with for replacement parts and has even replaced the entire vacuum on 2 different occasions. Needing replacement was due to my own fault and they still replaced them!
When I first got this vacuum home, I opened the box and reached for my screwdriver, and other tools I might need to put this together, was I wrong? All I had to do was snap the attachments together, and that’s it! I started the vacuum, and I was surprised again, it was not loud like the other vacuums I purchased in the past. This vacuum cleaned my carpet like a jewel.
I recently sold a Rainbow vac I’d used for 7.5 years to find something easier to tote around since back surgery. The price, style, and reviews initially sold me on this Shark. I just brought it home today and vacuumed one room and can’t believe how AMAZING it works! I had a golden retriever here over the holidays and my carpet now looks so good. DO NOT hesitate to buy!
