Saw this first on another site and people there are reporting cancellation emails coming in already. I ordered it when I first saw it there. Received an order number as a confirmation but folks on the other site report receiving that same email before receiving the official cancellation.

Hip2Save I am confused how they can accept a bad code, process my payment, send me an email with a confirmation, put a hold on my account, to tell me 22 hours later that order has been cancelled for a bad code. I have several Shark and Ninja products. When stuff like this happens, it puts a bad taste in my mouth!
SO sorry for the issues! 🤗 I’m not sure why the code was accepted unless it was some kind of mistake in their system.
