As a bearded fella, I can say that Shea Moisture beard products are really great entry-level products, especially for the price. Their beard wash, in particular, is fantastic – I use it regularly. There are a lot of great, pricey, beard products out there (and I can tell you which I like), but there are also some inexpensive, really crappy products out there, too. If you’re starting to grow a beard (or know someone who is), and you want to keep costs down, absolutely go with Shea Moisture – best bang for your buck!

i hope you read this and can help me out. The hubs is looking for beard oil that isn’t terribly expensive but not entry level. He has really course think hair. He also wants one that smells more like cologne. The three different ones he has tried he complained they smell just like oil and leave an oily feeling on his hands and the oils don’t seem to soak into his beard that well. would love a recommendation. We have watched many youtube videos but it’s overwhelming
