When I went to get the monthly box it gave me a “ruh ro” something went wrong message and wouldn’t let me continue to check out. Bummer

When I was checking out, I noticed a portion of the checkout process having a notice saying “YOU AGREE TO COMMIT TO: the full length of your subscription. $4.20 for the first month and the regular price for the remaining months.”
I guess I’m wondering if that statement means no subscription cancellation?
Hi there! I did find these details in the FAQ’s if helpful 💕 – Disabling your auto-renewal will let us know to stop renewing once the duration of your commitment has ended. Please note, you will still receive the boxes you initially signed up to receive. The renewal can be disabled anytime through your account page.
