Agree with you 💯% about leaving Verizon and going to T-Mobile!!! We were with Verizon over 30 years and never had the guts to leave until we knew cell service was comparable with another carrier. Well….I’m here to say that T-Mobile has excellent customer service and great cell tower coverage. No issues at all after a year!! The smartest move we ever made!

We had the opposite experience. I was with Verizon over 15 years ago. We switched to Tmobile and stayed loyal to them for over 15 years, but we were also afraid to leave due to service being good where we lived. We asked multiple times for Tmobile to give us some kind of loyalty deal when it came to new phones and they never would. They said those deals were only for new customers. So we finally made the switch to Verizon last October. No issues since and we were able to upgrade to new phones for free and also got $800 in gift cards. $200 for each line we had.
This is also my experience although I haven’t had the guts to which I’ve been with T-Mobile for 24 years before they were even T-Mobile we started with them when they were Voicestream we currently don’t get anything that Tmobile has to offer none of the streaming services for free no free phones nothing it’s insane
You would think loyalty would get you something, but Nope! Thankfully Verizon waived all of our activation fees too!
Loyal T-Mobile customer, no perks no free phones nada! Only if add a line.how many lines do we need? frustrating also been with them before they were T-Mobile, I think started as Verizon now almost 30 years. Not gonna lie, hard to leave. Grandfathered plan what had at start.
Yep I wish they valued their longer customers More but it seems like loyalty doesn’t matter and is a thing of the past it seems more lucrative to switch phone companies every year or every couple of years

You have to order your phones in Costco at the T-Mobile kiosk AND return to Costco to have the phones activated to qualify for the maximum rebates.

How long do you pay 25$ for each line & is it unlimited talk, text & data? Also, will T-Mobile fix the phone if it breaks?
Hey Sallie! I don’t see an end date listed for that, however it does note an end if any lines are cancelled. I do have T-Mobile and you can pay for an additional insurance on your phone for any breaks or needed repairs. You could always reach out to customer service for more details on each of these items.❤️

Is there a deal for current customers? I found CCs can upgrade , but is about 100.00 a phone and may or may not include activation fees of 35.00. Its an amazing deal for newbies… ugh

I did! Current customers are eligible, HOWEVER you will pay the taxes and activation for each line depending on the phone. So it will definitely be 130 a phone for the 17. Thanks for the info!
