BUYER BEWARE:
Ordered a custom mug for a Christmas present on 12/2 and still no updates. It was a basic design(photo & text). There is no customer service # to call or chat. You can only send them an email and they take 5 business days to respond. The response I got was just that they will notify production to get a status update. That was 4 days ago and still just shows “in process” 17 days later.
