Who knew when we bought this as a family joke, it would be such a game changer and now a permanent part of everyone’s routines. My sons (young adults) and husband used it daily for months. I have also not received it. I emailed support@racktodoor.com last week and they said they are still waiting for the inventory for the product & they will hopefully ship the product within the week. A week later (today), I emailed and they stated they were still waiting for the product and offered to cancel and refund my order. They are responsive. I can’t tell if this is a scam or not. I would really like the product.
