I have been a Tracfone customer for years. This is the best phone that I’ve ever had from them. However, dealing with Tracfone customer service is still not great, even though they were purchased by Verizon. I try to bypass it, whenever possible, by using the Tracfone website. I also purchase refill cards on Ebay and find savings there.

I got this phone from QVC last summer. It’s a great phone sans the camera. If you want a decent camera, this isn’t the one. Has great battery life tho and expandable SD card storage. It was a pain to transfer, but usually that isn’t the case for me. Not sure why I had trouble with this one tho, usually the online portal is pretty seamless.
