I’m new to fetch, and I was only credited once, even though I bought 4 Tresemme products. Do redemption limits normaly vary by account
Hi there, JJ! I do see this offer has a limit of 5 redemptions. If you didn’t receive all the credit, you can go into the app and click on the profile section then choose help center and there is an option to “contact us” Hoping this might be helpful! ❤️
It must vary then, because mine says x1 Redemption on the left hand side, and then 0 left, on the right hand side. I’m guessing if I had a limit of 5 too, it would say x5, right?
