I am amazed at all the different types of data this scale can chart. For me, the most important is weight loss statistics. However, there are options for BMI, Body fat, muscle mass, body water, visceral fat, bone mass, and many, many more. (There are even reminders to weigh yourself and to drink more water). Overall, this is a exceptional piece of equipment.”

Not only is this one accurate and compact, it has more functions. The app is so easy to use and displays all your data clearly while creating graphs so you can visually SEE your progress.

I feel like this is a huge help when you are trying to lose weight. Like the other one, my only complaint is that your actual body measurements (bust, waist, hips, thighs etc) aren’t taken into account, especially with BMI.
