FREE Backpack AND School Supplies at Select Verizon Wireless Zone Stores – Today ONLY!
Get the kiddos ready for school with this FREE 2023 Verizon backpack giveaway! 🎒
Today, July 30th, starting at 1PM local time and while supplies last, you can head into a Verizon Wireless Zone or TCC store where you will be able to snag a FREE backpack for your kiddo! Each backpack will contain school supplies such as pencils, paper, a pencil box, folders, a ruler, and glue.
There is a limit of one backpack per child and your child must be present to receive it.
In previous years the freebies at the Verizon backpack giveaway have been claimed very quickly, so if you are interested in snagging one, you may want to get there early!
You can find a Wireless Zone location near you by heading here, clicking Backpack Giveaway Participating Stores, and entering your zip code. For TCC locations, please be sure to call your local TCC store to see if they are participating.

Hey Holly! I clicked through the link at the bottom of the post to search for South Carolina, and came up with 3 – Lexington, Irmo, and Chapin. Hoping one of those might work for you. If so, you might also call ahead of time to be sure they have backpacks available for this giveaway before making a trip. ❤️
If you can’t get to one of these giveaways, check Facebook for back to school events. Just this weekend there are three huge ones in my area (Tampa, FL), one of which had 30k (yes, 30 THOUSAND) backpacks to give away with hygiene items and a few school supplies. A quick search shows a bunch more for the next couple weekends. May not be able to get everything needed, but it’s a good start!

Was wondering if there is a possibility of getting a backpack donation for the migrant families our agency is servicing at a local shelter………the families need something to carry there personal belongings. We would need a minimum of at least 100……..Thank you for consideration
