I wasn’t sure initially if this was working, but when I stopped using it for a few days, my belly and face got bloated. I legit started to get a double chin. But when I use this, it’s gone, and my stomach looks flat again. My back feels better, too!

I was so excited to try this out after seeing all these viral vibration plates. This thing is the best, it has so many options, like so many. There are more than needed speed options; it’s weighted for up to 500 lbs, which makes it inclusive and more versatile. There are different modes, and it’s pretty easy to use! After a couple of uses and reading the instructions, I was able to get the hang of it. The machine delivers nice and strong movement and vibrations while feeling stable and secure. The device is small enough to store away with no issues, but big enough that I feel like I have enough room on it. It’s not crazy loud, just like a dim hairdryer noise-wise, but it’s nice like a light white noise to me. I think it’s helped me get the day started and feel energized!
