Yes you can use the coupon online but you will have to meet a $10 minimum for store pickup. Log into your account either in the app or Walgreens website, find the product you want to buy and look for the coupon under the product description, click on it to add. At checkout the coupon will come off. If the codes aren’t working perhaps you have used the codes more than 3 times or you are not logged in.
The above example is fine and dandy, but you should also note that the order must be $10 or more to get the free store pickup……..you can’t only the one item as listed above……

I was told that I had to purchase a larger size in order to have the coupon apply. (My coupon did NOT come off and I contacted the customer service and they said that the size purchased/sale is too small)

The coupon states it is valid on liquid and includes 32.5 oz or larger. Double check what size you bought and that it is liquid. If it meets what is quoted on the digital coupon itself call customer service back and point it out. If your purchase didn’t meet the requirements just return for a refund and repurchase.
It did meet the requirements and it’s a constant battle with digital coupons not coming off (i.e. the other day it was the air freshener plug in – clearly the same item as the picture – Cashier said, “it didn’t come off, what do you want me to do about it?” Curious if others have the issue of digital coupons NOT coming off?
So sorry for the continued troubles with the coupons, klw! I’ve placed a few recent Walgreens orders, but typically place the order online for in-store pick-up so I can see that my coupons have applied to my order, and haven’t ran into an issue with coupons not applying to eligible items. You might check that you have the correct phone number that you’re entering on the PIN pad in-store attached to your Walgreens account, and that the coupons are clipped in advance to your trip. Hoping that your next visit goes a bit smoother for you! 🤞💕
My coupon excludes the 32.5 oz size.
Thanks for letting us know about the exclusions on your coupon, Diana! Sometimes coupons, exclusions, etc. can vary by account. I did click back through to the laundry detergent and still see a bit larger – 36.5 oz bottles – available with the $1 off coupon. Hoping one of those might work for you and is available for in-store pick-up near you! There is a $1 off coupon available here on Coupons.com site, but it seems to also have various size exclusions, so you might check those before printing and heading to the store. Hoping this might be helpful for you! 🤞💕
