I tried this deals at my local WG. RR did not print. The cashier informed me that all three machines were broken. I asked if they could substitute WC, and he said no. It haven’t worked for the last two years. And, last year, I submitted an online form to Catalina, which my store manager told me was fake (letter mail catalina cpn). Manager also stated that if RR did not print, he/staff would have given me in WC, which was clearly not the case. I think some store disable catalina machine on purpose. Or are they losing money for each transactions?
