This tip may or may not be the cause but it has helped me. When you first go to checkout there is a tiny box that is automatically checked. Be sure and uncheck it. It says something like”Deliver items as soon as possible”. It sounds good but what it does is send the order to your closest store which probably does not have the items since you are ordering online in the first place. It does NOT get you the items your store might have and get the rest from other stores. It is all or nothing from your local store. I barely got anything before I figured that out. Best wishes for a better experience.

I’m in Kentucky and used to get the orders from the warehouse in Illinois. Walgreens closed that warehouse. I’m not sure if they have any actual warehouses left. I have had orders shipped from stores in California, Texas, Ohio, Michigan. My last order came from North Carolina. If you want to see what store # and state look in your Rewards Activity rather than the Purchase History. It’s interesting. Happy shopping!

I had them all for in store pick up and had all the coupons apply because I had 8 cards but right before I went to checkout, it changed it and removed all the discounts. Now I can’t get them to apply.🤔
