Be aware you can only use the code once. I went to get another puzzle and it said one promo code per account. Tried my daughter’s account and it wouldn’t let me do it either.

My store didn’t have the puzzles in stock and canceled my order, which I had spent a lot of time creating. They thought they “might” have them back in stock “in a couple of weeks” and I could try to resubmit then. The discount code will be long gone by then, of course.
I advise checking with your store in advance before creating a puzzle.
