I’m confused. Is it ok to use mfg coupons on Ibotta claims as you did here? I’ve read on other blogs that Ibotta has been approving them. However, I also recall in their official statement that they would retract payments if mfg coupons were used. I don’t know what’s true or not.

Thanks for asking about that, Pam! It seems that new policy effects select offers. You can stack the savings, as long as the offer doesn’t list that exclusion. We have more details on that here – https://hip2save.com/tips/how-does-ibotta-work/ Hoping that is helpful! ❤️

The confusion stems from sloppy language used in Ibottas help center. That language has been changed to reflect that SOME manufacturer’s but NOT all will no longer allow coupons to be stacked. What it comes down to is the consumer will have to read the fine print in each Ibotta offer. Certain manufacturers such as Heinz, Little Debbie, Danone and Stouffers are among those who will no longer allow Ibotta stacking. The bottom line is that Ibotta created a self-inflected wound through sloppy language. My source for this is Coupons in the News, a highly respected source among couponers. My personal experience has been that the offers which do not specifically exclude stacking work just fine. I did mess up and try an offer that excluded stacking and it did not work. I think it will all shake down just fine. Read that fine print though!!
