So, caveat: pillows are a highly personal thing and what works for one person is often terrible for another. That said, I am a side sleeper. I have tried out a litany of pillows. I always end up struggling with neck and arm pain. This pillow is not a miracle cure for my aging body, but I’ve had far less issues with morning pain since switching to it. The pillow is made out of foam that is just the right density to offer support without feeling like you are lying on a brick. But what makes this pillow special is the shape. It cradles the neck and head perfectly in my side sleeping position so that my neck is straight, which greatly reduces the morning aches. This pillow is sending a fancy foam pillow that costs four times as much into storage, so I guess that’s one way to say I recommend this one.

This pillow is a great deal. It’s very large and comfortable. It’s about the same length as my king-size pillow. It supports my neck perfectly whether I’m sleeping on my back or side. Unlike other cervical pillows, this one has cut-outs for my arms which makes it even more comfortable. It’s very soft and the pillow cover has a silky feeling which keeps my head and neck from getting too hot. Easily removable for cleaning. 100% recommend for anyone who suffers from a stiff neck in the morning. This pillow helps a lot.
