Did you shop at Bath & Body Works, PINK, and Victoria’s Secret between May 10, 2021, and August 8, 2021? You may be entitled to a voucher for up to $15 off a single purchase at one of the stores. To receive compensation, you must file a claim by July 16, 2024.

The proposed settlement results from these companies being accused of violating the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act during the dates in question. They denied any wrongdoing but did agree to a settlement.

Who is eligible to receive a voucher?

The settlement includes customers who shopped during the above dates and received a printed receipt that displayed more than the last five digits of a credit or debit card number.

You are NOT included in this settlement if you paid via cash or gift card, received an emailed receipt for in-store purchases, made an online purchase, or did not receive a receipt.

How to file a claim in the Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, & PINK Class Action Lawsuit…

If you qualify, head to the settlement website to file a claim by July 16, 2024. You do not need to attach your receipt, but you must provide your signature stating you received one and are eligible. Those who submit a valid claim will receive a voucher up to $15 if the court approves the settlement.

If the court approves the settlement, those who paid via a Victoria’s Secret branded debit or credit card or Bath & Body Rewards Account and do NOT file a claim will be issued a voucher up to $5.

The court will hold a final hearing on October 24, 2024, at which it will approve or reject the settlement.

There are other options besides filing a claim.

If you do not wish to file a claim, you have a few options:

  • Exclude yourself from the settlement – Exclude yourself in writing by July 1, 2024. You will not receive a voucher but you will maintain your right to enter another lawsuit on this matter.
  • File an objection – You will be part of the settlement but can voice your objections to it to the Court in writing by July 1, 2024.

I’m thinking proof from bank statement won’t count?
