How does LuluCartoons work?
To get started with your cartoon portrait, you’ll first select the background style you like, along with any modifications and the number of characters (including pets!) that will be depicted in the drawing. You’ll then upload a few personal photos so your artist can get a better idea of the expressions and appearances of your characters—this really helps the drawing come to life!
You’ll also provide a few drawing notes such as hairstyles and hair color, height, clothing, and hobby accessories (think video game controllers, headphones, paintbrushes, ballet shoes, etc.). If you don’t have many details to provide, that’s ok too because your LuluCartoons artist will just work their creative magic!
For my family cartoon portrait, I included details that we’re always listening to music, enjoy playing Mario Kart together, my daughter loves unicorns and riding her scooter, while my son loves drawing and cannot be seen without a sweatshirt hood on.
