This 3-in-1 hair tool will style, dry, and volumize your hair in one step! It offers maximum drying power with 30% less frizz and helps reduce hair damage with the unique oval brush design!
Whoever thought of combining a brush with a blow dryer is a GENIUS!
For many years I have been blow-drying my hair using a large round brush and a separate blow dryer. It can take a while because I have thick hair and can definitely be a bit of a chore, so I only spent time doing this maybe a couple of times a week.
My parents bought me the Revlon styler for Christmas last year, and I have been using it ever since! I’m in love! 😍 It’s so easy to use straight out of the box, and I am so impressed with how well it works!
Important Note: This is not a sponsored post. After getting this as a gift from a friend, I couldn’t help but share this awesome product with you all. I hope you find it helpful!
Blow dries, straightens, and adds tons of volume!
Well, the Revlon styler is not only faster than using my blow dryer, but it also adds tons of great volume and I love the fabulous result afterward. I have wavy thick hair, and this tool gets my hair straight and super shiny just like when getting a salon blowout. I love how soft it feels after and there’s no frizz at all.
This tool also replaces the need for a straightener on my hair as well!
Here are a few of the reasons why I LOVE the Revlon all-in-one styler:
-
- It has three different heat speed settings and also has a cool option for flexibility.
- Unlike conventional hair dryers, this volumizer/brush can be placed closer to the scalp which is why it produces such amazing lift and volume.
- The Revlon styler has a 4-year warranty, and the ceramic coating prevents over-styling and evenly distributes heat.
- It’s space-saving for storage and for travel by replacing a round brush, blow dryer, and even a straightener!
- It’s also pretty affordable at around $30-$50 depending on the retailer and various sales we have been seeing!
Don’t just take my word for it! Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer is a Hip2Save team’s favorite beauty tool as well!
“Who needs a blow dryer when you have this AMAZING tool! Seriously, I love this so much! I use this baby right when I get out of the shower. I can replace my blow dryer, curling iron, AND straightener. It gives me the big southern hair vibes I am always shooting for! Point of this rambling… buy it, you won’t be disappointed.” – Amber
“I’m a busy mom of five and don’t often take time to style my hair, but this is a tool I highly recommend and have gifted multiple times! I love it so much that when I saw the lighter-weight titanium max edition available at Costco, I snatched that one up too. My absolutely favorite thing is how quick it takes to dry my hair, but the fact that it adds oodles of volume is a huge bonus! My hair is about mid-length and stick-straight; it takes less than 10 minutes to dry my whole head of hair AND style. I’ve used this on my nieces with 3C and 4B curl types, and it worked great too!” – Stacy
“I love this volumizer because it literally dries and straightens my hair at the same time! I used to blow dry my hair for a good 20 minutes and then straighten it for another 20 minutes. It has definitely cut the time I spend on my hair in half and my hair looks so much better after using it – smoother, shinier, straighter! Love, love, love it!!” – Erica
All in all, I enjoyed this hairdryer brush and love when it goes on sale. But did you know there’s a newer 2.0 version that I love even more?! Check out my full review here!
Also, I love this brush! I let my mom use mine and she won’t give It back! Haha We both love it! I just bought myself a new one! I have thick hair and this is so easy for me to use
Awesome! Thanks Brittany! It’s hard to go back to a blow dryer after this!
I bought this dryer the last time Hip2Save posted and it is AMAZING! I have long hair and tend to wash it at night. Because it took so long to dry my hair, I was just letting my hair, ‘air dry’. After the first time I used it, I was hooked! It smooths my hair and does away with the ‘frizz’. I hang my head with my hair upside down and let gravity help keep my arms from getting tired. Then I flip my hair up and finish the top. I LOVE this and even bought my daughter-in-law one for Christmas!
Awesome to hear how well it has been working for your hair! Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience with us! Hope your daughter in law loves hers too!
Love this! I have 2!
Do I need some heat protection for my hair when using? I also use an herbal spray from forever living (not specific for hair), would it be ok to still use it? (works so great on my hair, they have a great shine and smoothnesses)
Yes great tip! I use a spray now too and if it gets too hot will switch to low.
I have one of these. What would you suggest I put on my hair to protect it from the extra heat?
I would suggest using a leave in heat protectant in your hair before using any heated tools. It will really help protect your hair!🥰
Love mine!
So glad! Thanks Sandy!
I have this as well. It does go on sale a lot, so if you don’t have it in your budget right now, just keep an eye on it. I got a second one a couple of weeks ago when it was pretty cheap to serve as a backup. I’ve had my first one for a pretty long time now and sometimes it gets finicky. But, it’s been a looonnngggg time so it’s not like I can blame the thing! lol
Thanks for sharing Julie!
Used mine today and my friend asked if I went and got a blow out!
I believe it! I’ve had mine for over a year and LOVE it!
Game. Changer. I contemplated buying one for so long. Boy, was I late to the game. Drying time went from 30 min to 10 min. Love it!
Wow, that is awesome! So glad you were able to cut down on your drying time, Sandra K! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback!
I have shoulder length hair and unless it’s under unusual circumstances, I’ll never use a blow dryer again. This thing is magical!
I just got this. It is a bit bulky to use. I don’t have the wrist strength for it. The other thing I don’t like is the heat and speed are not separate settings. I do like the results though.
Thanks so much for explaining about the wrist strength you need to use this! I think it’s really important and helpful to the Hip community, Leah! 🥰
Does anyone else have issues with hair breakage using this? Hair has been snapped off mid way down since using this and notice way more breakage than usual 🙁 Sad because otherwise this product dries and styles so nicely and I love it but am afraid I can’t use it anymore because it’s ruining my hair
Are you using a heat protectant on your hair? That really helps!
What heat protector do you use?
Yes! I love this dryer brush, but my hair breaks so badly (and I have thick, curly hair, not fine hair)! And I do use heat protectant 🙁
During the pandemic I started going to Great Clips and using this Revlon hair dryer brush (both Hip2Save deals BTW!!) My hair looks just as good as when I was going to an expensive stylist. If you’re looking for ways to save on your beauty routine, this is the ONE! 🙂
Oh nice! Thanks for sharing Bunny!
Does it work for short hair? Don’t know a thing about them, HELP
Great question, Patty! It appears to work fine on short hair. Be sure to check out the Q&A and Reviews when scrolling down the product page. Hope this helps!
I just bought the smaller 2.4″ barrel by Revlon – it’s on sale for $23 at Costco only for 2 more weeks. Great price. And it works much, much better on my short hair than the bigger barrel item. If you aren’t a Costco member, have a friend take you.
What’s it’s called. I could not find any on costco website
Is it good for thin hair?
Low setting with product would probably be a good idea if your hair is thin
I have thin, fine, hair and this works like a dream on it! You’ll need to see what works best for you, but I’d recommend using it on the low setting initially to be safe.
I’ve never seen it this cheap. Bought one for a backup. I love this thing. Only regret is I didn’t try it sooner. I would advise to use product in your hair before for all hair types. And it really does cut down on drying time. I have super curly hair and this dries and straightens at the same time.
Try not to drop it…. If it rattles inside be careful!!! I kept using it and it started SMOKING one day!!! I threw it out immediately. Then bought a new one because I loved it so much 😂😂
Omg lol
That happened to me once with a blow dryer. Flames and all! Ha
I love this dryer/brush so much! My only complaint, however, is that I wish they would make the brush detachable so it could be cleaned. I get product buildup on it and it needs a good soaking.
I join the chorus of H2Sers who sing the praises of this hairdryer. I own two of the original versions and one Version 2 (thinner handle/additional heat setting) and can honestly say they do a great job! I like the newer model better but at this price, if you are on the fence and can’t decide, just get it. You won’t be sorry. I keep one of the originals in our guest bathroom and have gotten nothing but rave reviews from my sisters and others who have used it. They loved it so much they got ones of their own!
How cool! Thanks for the review, Stacey! Good to know they’ve been such a hit for you and your sisters!❤️
I own this and I am OBSESSED! Me and my daughter have naturally frizzy hair, that we try to only wash every few days, with a little dry shampoo and this tool it helps to keep the frizz at bay! Definitely worth it!!
Oh wow! Happy this has worked so well for both of you! Thanks for taking a moment to comment! ❤️
Anyone tried this on 4C African American hair??
Hey Rn404! I searched the Q&A and reviews on this styler for you, and while I didn’t find specific mention of the 4C hair type, I did spot this customer review from a few months ago – “I absolutely love this product. I’m African American so my hair type is different than most nationalities. It used to take me about 3 hours to whip my hair back into shape (washing, conditioning, detangling, drying, and straightening with a flat iron). With this, that time has been cut in half. Easy to maneuver and I end up with soft, fabulous hair!” Crossing my fingers that this is helpful! ❤️
I’m personally not a fan. I had one but upgraded to a Dry Bar Double Shot (got it on sale for $90). The revlon dryer was burning my hair. The Dry Bar dryer isn’t cheap, but it’s not cooking my hair.
Thanks a bunch for the honest feedback, Sharon. Sorry to hear this dryer didn’t work well for you. Glad you found an option that you love! 💞
I love love love this hair dryer. I got one for my sister too and she couldn’t stop raving about it. My hair is pretty thin and sort of curly/frizzy. It straightens things right up!
YAY! Thank you so much for sharing this fantastic feedback! Great to hear that you and your sister are both loving the hair dryer, and that it’s working well for your hair! 🤗💓
Got one! Thanks!
You’re very welcome!
