How to make a 4th of July Trifle with poundcake

There really is no right or wrong way to do this; however, I do recommend using real whipped cream because it tends to maintain the pretty peaks longer. Also, I cut all my stars ahead of time and then compiled it right before serving (if you make this in advance, the whipped cream starts looking “melty” pretty quickly!

Note: I used a family sized loaf from Sara Lee, but you could also use 2 smaller loaves.

Don’t have a trifle bowl? Create these fun kabob style treats. I used the same ingredients as above and added some raspberries as well. Super easy!

I just forwarded an email from Huggies that I won’t use. 🙂 It expires June 28th (in 4 days) Oops, it may have been a book instead???? I just realized that. So…..maybe someone else you know can use it?
