Fruit dip is an oldie, but a goodie.

In fact, my mom used to make this classic dip with just marshmallow fluff and cream cheese, and it completely reminds me of my 80s childhood! You can stop there or add a little lemonade concentrate or orange concentrate for delicious flavor. YUM!

Looks & sounds delicious. I love lemon! Doubt this will be making it over to the Keto site, lol.

      Thanks Adam!

i think this would look pretty and be punched up a little by putting orange zest or lemon zest on top!
or, i wonder if adding grated coconut would taste good with tropical fruits dipped in?

    • Lina D (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      Yum love all those ideas!

  3. Haley

I make this with strawberry cream cheese and the marshmallow fluff. So yummy!

We are having my daughters “pink lemonade” birthday party in 2 weeks! Thanks for the idea of strawberry cream cheese – I think this will be the perfect addition!!

you could also do a 1 strawberry yogurt (usually the one w/fruit on the bottom, or Greek yogurt is good )with the cream cheese & marshmallow fluff, yum, yum!
    it’s a hit at all my parties…

I make a fruit dip that is 16oz sour cream, 1 large box of instant vanilla pudding, and pineapple juice (usually put a can of pineapple chunks on the fruit platter so the juice that comes in the can with the chunks is what I use)

It is very easy to mix up and I always get tons of compliments and often get requests to bring it to the next potluck I am attending.

I have also done variations using other flavors of instant pudding and other juices/liquids. For example I did a sour cream+coconut cream instant pudding+can of cream of coconut variation once that was particularly delicious.

For the ones that dont like cream cheese like me.. I make a fruit dip its 1 small bowl of cool whip, 1 small box of raspberry or strawberry jello and an individual size yoplate strawberry or raspberry yogurt. I let it sit so the jello crystals dissolve.

      Thanks for sharing! Sounds yum.😋

My mom always added toasted coconut. Brings back great memories of her. I forgot about this recipe. I think I’ll make some to go with Sunday dinner tomorrow. Thanks for posting.

Aw you’re so welcome – enjoy!

I think that instead of lemonade concentrate I would use fresh lime juice with the strawberry cream cheese.

    • Sandy Rahlfs

I just looked it up and I guess I should use limeade concentrate.
