These easy honey-glazed carrots are the perfect side dish to pop in the air fryer and serve at Easter dinner.

adding fresh parsley to cooked carrots

Here’s a mouth-watering way to prepare a bag of fresh carrots! 🥕

Consider dishing up these candied honey glazed carrots as a simple side dish that everyone will love. It has a perfect savory-sweet balance with honey, garlic, and paprika flavors.

Plus a bag of carrots is an inexpensive side dish – I get mine from my local Walmart! This recipe will wow your family and be great for Easter dinner, too.

An air fryer cooks these carrots to perfection with a beautiful tender caramelized texture that is undeniably delicious. Honestly, these are some of the best carrots I’ve ever made!

And if you don’t have an air fryer (or just want to upgrade yours) you can even snag my same air fryer from Walmart and get it delivered for free with your groceries. I’ve owned this one for a few years now, and really do love it. Not only is it pretty to look at, but it also works great!

Tips for making these air fryer carrots:

  • If you need a good air fryer recommendation, I love my Beautiful brand 6-quart air fryer from Walmart! It works great, and the basket has stayed nice and held up to frequent use.
  • Want to make these in the oven instead? Cook them at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • Feel free to change up the seasonings on these to what sounds great to you! I think ginger and citrus would be a great flavor combo, as one example.

I promise you everyone will flip for these air fryer carrots!

I normally don’t get excited for roasted carrots and these are just too good. Consider doubling the recipe for a larger crowd and making a couple of batches. I will be making these again for Easter and serving them alongside my ham.
