This idea can be adapted in so many different ways!
You can use dried cherries if preferred, or even pick a different nut such as walnuts or pine nuts. YUMMY! A little balsamic vinegar instead of orange juice can be used as well.
Note: I accidentally added dried cranberries with Brussels sprouts in the oven. I would definitely add those after roasting next time. Just a heads up! 😃
These are literally the BEST Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had!
I could have eaten them as a meal in itself. If you’re cooking for a larger crowd, consider doing a couple of batches as they may go quickly!
Lina this sounds so yummy! Thank you for the recipe.
Youāre so welcome! Enjoy š
Lina, you always have the best recipes and crafts. I want to be just like you! lol
Ha thanks!! So sweet š Thanks Meredith!
I loved cooked Brussel sprouts with just a lot of salt. I can’t wait to try these! And pray at least my 2 of my 5 kids like them. My twins aren’t picky like me. The other 3 are junk eaters like their dad despite my best effort.
I was scared of brussel sprouts growing up and didnāt try them until I was an adult as a guest at someoneās house and ate some to be polite. And they are delicious! I donāt know why they get a bad rap. My son loves them. Recipe looks yummy.
Thanks yes! Iām obsessed with Brussels sprouts as an adult. Funny how that is. Thanks!
I love Brussels sprouts, too. I do almost this exact same recipe except mine has a brown sugar with basalmic vinegar reduction glaze drizzled over top. It’s a recipe from the pioneer woman. It’s a beautiful dish for the holidays and there is never leftovers… which is surprising for Brussels sprouts!
Thanks for sharing!
Probably because most ppl find it intimidating to cook them, and grew up basically eating boiled Brussels sprout. But roasted ones like these are perfect and a huge hit at my house. Love them so much!
Okay Lina, the challenge is on. I hate brussle sprouts but feel like i should at least serve them once to introduce the kids to these awful little cabbage wannabes. I will try your recipe š
LOL they are like tender pieces of heaven! Ha š

Yum! Yes I do!
I will definitely have to try this recipe! I toss mine in olive oil, sprinkle a little garlic powder, and then top off with Asian sweet chili sauce. Thank you for sharing!
I do them with a mix of dijon mistard, stone ground mustard, and olive oil. Then salt and bake the same as this recipe until crispy on the outside and soft inside. Everyone loves them, even my husband.
Wow! Great idea – yum š
Never had brussel sprouts in my life, but I made one with sweet potatoes and carrots this past Thanksgiving and it was a hit! We were pleasantly surprised how yummy they were š
A light dusting of sugar and olive oil when pan frying Brussels sprouts goes a long way.
Yum! I just toss mine with a little EVOO, S, P & Balsalmic Vinegar, so adding the nuts & cranberries is a great way to change them up! I think a lot of people are turned off b/c they’re basically mini cabbages, and well those naughty veggies bring out the fartsies!
Oh ha!
Lina, I LOVE your posts. Iām the only one in my house willing to not only cook but taste Brussel sprouts so I will try another version. š Thanks so much for posting this recipe.
Yum! We LOVE them! Most often I bake them with EVOO, balsamic vinegar, feta and craisins. So good!
Yum! Trying that ā¤ļø
