Frost cupcakes with white icing. Try to leave a little of the chocolate cake showing around the edges (I’ve used this handy Wilton Dessert Decorator for years and I love it!).
3
Sprinkle cupcakes with mini marshmallows and sprinkles.
4
Place a mini candy cane gently on the side of each cupcake – just press down a little and the candy cane should remain in place.

so cute! Thank you, Lina, for the Pumpkin Cake recipe from last week! We made it on Saturday for a family party and everyone loved it! The best part I used low fat ingredients and it still turned out excellent!
You cannot put the candy canes in the night before! I made these last night for daycare today and all of the red had bled of the cane and into a sticky puddle. Thankfully 2 & 3 year olds don’t care, but I wasn’t very happy. Any suggestions on how to fix this beside putting them on as you serve them?
