A creamy, lightly sweet Honey Cinnamon Iced Latte made with simple pantry ingredients for under $1 per serving.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (or shot of brewed espresso)
- 2 ounces hot water
- ice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

To a cup add honey, espresso powder, and water. Mix this up using a handheld frother or whisk. Add ice to the cup.

In a different cup, add the milk, vanilla, and ground cinnamon. Use the frother to mix this and then pour over the ice. Mix and enjoy! Be sure to adjust the honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter latte.
