We updated our light fixtures for the living room, dining room, and kitchen for $200 thanks to Amazon warehouse!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

      Wow! That’s awesome, Laura!

  2. Joanne

do the electronic items come with a 1 yrs. manufacturer warranty?

  3. Robyn

Just be careful with big third party seller purchases. We bought a stereo receiver and didn’t realize the seller wasn’t Amazon. It broke within a month so we contacted the manufacturer and since we didn’t purchase it from an Authorized Seller the warranty was null and void. We were out $500.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Oh no! Thank you so much for that tip, Robyn!

We ordered a projector and when it came the serial number was scratched out so probably either stolen or not imported correctly. The battery in It didn’t work (it can run plugged up) but since it was 3rd party, we couldn’t do anything about it. You do have to be careful but we’ve found some good things too. I do get a little nervous to order sometimes.

Is it just me? I never see any good deals on there. Its usually less than $5 bucks cheaper on different items and their used. … Furniture, bed frames or diapers etc

Keep looking! I find things often! Just bought shoes this week from the warehouse!

I’ve been using Amazon Warehouse for years and love it. I’ve purchased headboards, small kitchen appliances, sheets, clothing, toys, etc…you name it! The items almost always look brand new & unused. And a little secret..if you don’t like the item – chat with an agent before you send it back and they’ll usually offer you a partial refund to just keep it. Only once did I have a bad experience with a dirty item. All of my purchases were substantial savings..much more than a few dollars.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Sounds like you’ve had some good experiences! Thanks for telling us about them and the tip on returns, Susan! Have a great day!

  6. Karen

I have never had a good experience with buying from the warehouse. Some items didn’t work and the rest were missing parts.

  7. Erin

The “condition” as described by Amazon varies wildly, I’ve discovered. “Like new” items are usually not in my experience, but I’ve had occasional luck with “good” items being very good or near perfect. I’ve also purchased used items that were clearly broken, unusable, or had obvious missing pieces. I’d like to know who assigns the condition and whether anyone actually examines said item. 🤣

I had bought my comforter and the throw pillows to match from the warehouse. Each throw pillow was normally 20 to $30 and I got each of them for under ten. They are brand new. And the comforter while it was normally $100 I got it for under 50. I also used to buy diapers from the warehouse all the time and they were so much cheaper and brand new

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

How cool! Thanks for sharing your experience!

    • Tambefree

Would’ve been kinda gross if the diapers weren’t new… Right? Lol

I found some great deals on Amazon warehouse over the years. Recently I purchased a large watercolor palette. Normal price $45. Warehouse $25. It said it had a scratch on the outside. I couldn’t find it. I’ve never been disappointed with my purchases.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Wahoo! Thank you so much for telling us your experience with Amazon Warehouse!

Well I’m afraid to look. I just opened my door to grab a box off the porch, and got box shame by my neighbor. Her and her kids were looking out the window and said every day, every day, every day. I get a lot of great deals I can’t help myself, and it’s not every day. I have such hurt feeling. I never look to see if someone getting stuff I don’t care. Good job neighbor thanks for making me feel bad about myself.

    • JennD

Wow, that’s terrible. I live in a place where I would much rather order everything I can than go to the store. Too many people, too much traffic and so much out of stock (pre covid as well). They need to mind their own business

      • alycia bennett

Thanks, I’m trying not to let it bug me. I’m like you. I don’t want go to store because of covid-19. So if I can get it online, that’s what I’m going to do. I shouldn’t let my neighbor shame me.

        • NikkiLLM5

Omg! Are they in high school! I’d laugh in their face and say jealous much! I love ordering things I need then trying to forget I ordered anything so it’s like a present all the time! 🤣❤️

    • hip2trade

A lot of people are getting regular deliveries these days. Sorry you have to deal with those kind of neighbors. They really must be bored. If possible I would order some sort of privacy screen or something to obstruct the view lol. They are way too nosy & judgemental that’s for sure. 👀

We’ve had really great luck with many things from them! Just recently I’ve bought a couple lights that look and function perfectly. I also just got several high quality curtain panels from them and all of them look perfect and new despite some of them being labeled as “good” condition when I purchased them. Being able to get some of the panels from warehouse saved me at least a couple hundred dollars versus having to buy all 10 panels I needed new from Amazon. We’ve bought lots from them and only had a couple of instances where things showed up with missing parts or very used, and Amazon’s customer service has always been happy to make it right for us and fix the issue or even send us a brand new one for free. It definitely is worth checking the new price on things though, sometimes the savings are minimal and sometimes they’re significant. The condition of things can vary widely too, so if you don’t have the time to potentially return something then it’s probably better to buy new.

We just updated our boys bedding, two identical sets one new and one warehouse, they came packaged the same and everything just one box had the orange sticker. I have ordered a ton from warehouse and have only had one issue that was resolved quickly above my satisfaction. Definitely worthy the few bucks for me!

  13. Quinna

I was able to decorate my baby’s nursery on the cheap with Amazon warehouse deals. Items like the crib dust ruffle, curtain panels, and even a ruffled breathable bumper (and those are pricey) were a fraction of the original price and most of it looked brand new, and was probably just returned unused.

  14. Jodi H

has anyone buy a cell phone from the warehouse? any thoughts or suggestions?

    • Teeracey

I was wondering the same thing.

  15. Bill Mayer

I would like to second how awesome the Amazon Warehouse is. I buy practically everything from the warehouse if its available. Amazon has always been great about allowing returns and more often than not, the condition is far better than what is labeled. I once got a $1100 treadmill for $400 due to a “major cosmetic damage” which was that the plastic around the cup holder was cracked. Yes, I’ve also had the opposite but Amazon has never refused a return and sometimes even gave me a small credit for my troubles. Great place imo!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

What a fantastic review! Thanks so much for talking about the returns and deals you scored!

  16. Becca

We love Warehouse deals for shoes!! I was able to get my son two pairs of Under Armour tennis shoes for $22 and $26. I exclusively wear Vionic shoes bc I have arch pain otherwise and regularly find them for $30-$50 instead of $70-$100 if they were purchased “new.” I’ve never been disappointed in our warehouse shoe purchases!
