Im looking to buy the 7. Any ideas where I could get a good deal for it? Last case scenario will be to get the 10% target gift card deal that they usually have and buy it.
I ordered my 7 (GPS+cellular) from apple.com four weeks ago. Should be here next week. Every model has different waiting periods. Verizon activation rebate plus trading in my 3 made it the same price as a 6. CAUTION: the apple watch 3 does NOT update with Verizon anymore, meaning it works as a health tracker, but I had to remove the messaging apps and all other non-essential apps to make it work (applepay still works). And I have to swipe “dismiss” daily on the phone reminder that my watch software is out of date. But I’ve had my 3 for almost four years, so definitely gotten my money’s worth lol. Remember, apple sets the retailer prices, so if you see an unbelievable 7 deal, it’s probably a scam. HTH!

Don’t buy the Series 3. Every time there’s a software update you need to unpair your watch, back it up, restore to factory default, update software, then download watch backup.
How frustrating. My husband and I currently have the series 3 and have no issues.
My son had the 3. He had nothing but issues. Returned it. Make sure you purchase from an authorized Apple dealer in case you have issues and need to return it past the return period.
I’ve had my Apple 3 watch since it came out. It’s been great. I even swim everyday in the summer (which is long in Arizona) with it on. I love the size of it too. The newer ones look too big for my taste.

You are not able to update the 3 anymore. The hardware does not support the new ios. The Se is the new cheaper version of apple watches that can be updated and works great at a lower cost
My Apple watch 3 is up to date and works fine with my phone running iOS 15. Even Apples website shows it runs with phones from iPhone 6 and up
The most recent one you can afford. Apple has a way of forcing you to upgrade so the latest you start with, the better.

If you buy the SE at staples or target now for full price – can you take the receipt in and get the Black Friday price difference ?
My apple 3 works great with my iPhone. Not sure about what you mean by not updating. I can send/receive texts and calls on it perfectly.
Mine and my husband’s work just fine too! Updates are fine, everything’s fine. Lol

One said they already have it on sale so no, the other one said its only for walmart + members so they will not price match, the other one said its no longer available so no price match.. I did not have any problem the last time when I ordered the earpods. They price matched walmart price. I dont know whats the deal this time
